Star Tribe Hours:  This year Tribal Vision Festival will be working with Star Tribe Alliance to allow the use of Star Tribe Hours as currency at the Festival. as an incentive for vendors to accept Star Tribe Hours at booths, we will be allowing vendors to purchase part of their vending fee with Star Tribe Hours at the end of the event (explained below). 

StarTribe Hours is a time-based currency backed by the services and goods offered by participating members. Some of the current services offered are whole wellness therapies, multimedia/graphics, carpentry, auto repair, business consulting, air bnb, permaculture design, gardening & yard work, clothing, childcare, eldercare, pet care, cooking, painting, accounting, and more.  The more participants, the more valuable StarTribe Hours become.

  Payments:

To encourage the use of Star Tribe Hours at the festival we have separated the cost of vending booth passes into:

* a pre-payment online to reserve your booth area

*and a 2nd payment on site to the Vending Coordinator before final exit of festival grounds on June 1st.  


CRAFT/DISPLAY BOOTH OPTIONS:

ROAMING VENDOR $54 for right to vend throughout site:

* one onsite parking pass included

* no vending in workshop area or Sacred Grounds Area

* must purchase Entry ticket

 

Small Craft Booths will be 10’ (front) x 10' (deep) booths:

Cost $108.00

• one onsite parking pass included

*One 10x10 space

Prepay: $108 

or if you choose ,prepay $54  1st payment then your 2nd payment on site: 54$ or 3 STH........... or combination

* must purchase Entry ticket

 

Medium Craft Booths will be 10’ (front) x 20' (deep) booths:

*Cost $216.00

* Two onsite parking passes

* One 10' x 20' space

* Prepay: $216  ,

or if you choose ,prepay $108  1st payment then your 2nd payment: 108$ or 6 STH or combination

* must purchase Entry ticket

 

Large Craft Booths:

* Cost $333.00

* Two onsite parking passes

* One 10'x 30' or 20' x 20' space

* Prepay: $333  

 or if you choose ,prepay $166  1st payment then your 2nd payment: $166  or 9 STH or combination

* must purchase Entry ticket

 

BEVERAGE BOOTH:

$420 for a 10‘x20’ space with 10' frontage.

* two camping passes included

* two onsite parking pass included

* water included

* one Entry ticket

 

FOOD BOOTH $420 for a 10’x20’ space with 10’ frontage.

* two camping passes included

* Two onsite parking pass included

* water included

* one Entry ticket

 

Vendors PLEASE NOTE:

• Vendors are required to provide their own structures and power. Your structure must be no larger than 10‘x10’ unless you purchase additional space.

• Be prepared to secure your booth; we cannot be responsible for your items while you are away from your booth.

• PlEASE PURCHASE ADDITIONAL ENTRY TICKET(S) FOR ALL VENDING AIDS/PARTNERS IF YOUR  NEEDS EXCEED THE TICKETS PROVIDED WITHIN THE VENDING BOOTH PACKAGE
